Elektroimportøren and Datek join forces
The electrical giant Elektroimportøren is betting big on Smart home. Now smart home products from Datek under the Eva Smart Home brand can be found on their store shelves and in the online store.
Product range made in Norway
Elektroimportøren initially offers a smart plug, meter reader (HAN), water sensor, motion sensor and door/window sensor in the Eva Smart Home product family. The product series was designed by Eker Design and developed at Datek in Lillestrøm.
Datek has made good IoT products for many years and we are happy to be able to include their new product family called "Eva" in our stores. Aims to help Norwegians gain control over energy usage
At Elektroimportøren you can, among other things, buy Eva Måleravleser (HAN). This product will help Norwegians get control of their electricity consumption. Combined with a zigbee hub/gateway, consumption data can be read out from the meter in the fuse box to get a real-time overview of the consumption. That way, you can more easily avoid getting higher rates for the online rent for the whole month due to high consumption in one hour.
If you add some smart plugs, you can also check and get an overview of consumption for individual components, such as panel ovens and water heaters. This gives the consumer the opportunity to understand what uses electricity, and the chance to shift consumption to less expensive periods with the help of automation or routines.
